What we collect

PatchQR stores your account email, QR code content and designs, scan counts for dynamic QR codes, and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes payment details; PatchQR does not store full card numbers.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver QR redirects, show analytics, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support the service.

Service providers

PatchQR uses Supabase for authentication and storage, Cloudflare for application delivery, and Stripe for billing. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and control

You can permanently delete QR codes in the dashboard. Account and billing records are retained only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact us to request account deletion or data access.

Security

We use encrypted transport, tenant-level database access controls, restricted service credentials, and signed billing webhooks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
